Trimley St Martin Summer Fete - Saturday 5th July 2025, 12pm - 5pm, Trimley Sports and Social Club, High Road, Trimley St Martin.

 

Trimley St Martin Parish Council in conjunction with the Trimley Sports and Social Club, are holding a Summer Fete on Saturday 5th July 2025. This is an opportunity for all residents to come along and enjoy traditional fete games, music, displays, food and drink. This is going to be a fantastic community event and one not to be missed!

This event has been kindly sponsored by Bellway Homes and County Councillor Stuart Bird.

CAR PARKING

Spaces outside the Sports and Social Club will be reserved for disabled drivers and stall holders. There is no parking directly at the event.

However, Bidwells have very kindly agreed to open up the field off of the Howlett Way Roundabout between the hours of 9am - 6pm for people to be able to park and then walk along the high road to the evet.  Map of where the field is below. 

PLEASE NOTE: ALL CARS ARE PARKED AT OWNERS RISK. THE FETE ORGANISERS AND LANDOWNERS TAKE NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY LOSS/DAMAGE TO ANY VEHICLE, BELONGINGS OR PERSONS WHILST USING THE FIELD. THE FIELD IS UNEVEN SO PLEASE TAKE CARE.

ON THE DAY

The 'games' stalls will be cash only. The bar and some of the food outlets will accept card. 

We still need volunteers to help on the day! Are you able to help set up? Or man a stall? if so please contact the Parish Clerk on the details below.

Well behaved dogs are permitted on the field but must be kept on a lead and owners must clear up after them. No dogs (except assistance dogs) are allowed into the building.
