2019/2020
In the light of the Covid 19 pandemic the meeting which would have taken place on Tuesday 7 April was cancelled. In order to enable the Parish Council to meet its payment obligations the PC agreed the following resolution by exchange of email on 27 March:
To approve an arrangement enabling those payments falling due during the suspension of normal business to be made by cheque, signed by two approved signatories, and ratified by the membership at the next meeting. A schedule of all payments made by this method to be circulated to members within two weeks of a payment being made.
